Operational transformation firm CappcoPartners has successfully supported Connection Capital by providing a sales and marketing assessment to support its commercial and operational due diligence of Carter Cabin Hire in this private equity backed management buy out.

Norfolk based Carter Cabin Hire a leading provider of temporary accommodation hire for businesses. It has a fleet of over 3000 high quality modular buildings and cabins. They are used by a variety of sectors including construction, education, energy and agriculture.

CappcoPartners team was led by founding Partner Mark Cappell. Its objectivae was to provide Connection Capital with a clear view of Carter Cabin Hire’s ability to deliver to its growth plan.

CappcoPartners used its Growth Assessment Model to assess the company’s sales and marketing capabilities. It uncovered opportunities for the company’s management team to take advantage of. Furthermore it provided a basis upon which to start post acquisition planning and objective setting.
