Operational transformation firm CappcoPartners has successfully supported Lyceum Capital by providing a sales and marketing assessment to support its commercial and operational due diligence of TotalMobile in this private equity backed management buy out.

Belfast-based TotalMobile is the market-leading developer of enterprise mobility software with revenues of £15m. Over 30,000 workers in more than 200 organisations in the public and private sectors use its software for enabling better mobile working, data capture and workflow management.

TotalMobile has grown quickly over the past four years. Lyceum Capital’s investment will fund further product development and enable the business to expand its market presence within the UK and internationally.

CappcoPartners team was led by founding Partner Mark Cappell. Its objective was to provide Lyceum Capital with an assessment of TotalMobile’s sales and marketing function together with verification of sales projections.

CappcoPartners used its Growth Assessment Model to assess the company’s sales and marketing capabilities. It uncovered opportunities for the company’s management team to take advantage of. Furthermore it provided a basis upon which to start post acquisition planning and objective setting.
