Chris manages the Cappco training practice and has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience and has delivered training programmes to over 200 companies such as London Stock Exchange, Microsoft, Oracle and Panasonic.

Justin Sycamore has over 22 years of sales and sales management experience as a senior sales manager at a number of capital markets software firms, including Charles River Development, and Steelhead Systems, a spin-out from Merrill Lynch. Recently Justin founded a eLearning software company and successful sold this in 2016.
